“Daily operations have become easier, as Koho’s time-tracking works seamlessly on mobile devices. You no longer need to travel to a specific location to clock in but can start your day directly on-site and log the start time there,” Miki shares.
Pia Lod-Niemi, Wisenheimers’ property secretary, notes that the recently implemented vacation calendar has added transparency to internal operations. Pia especially appreciates how it simplifies vacation planning and enables work hours, sick leaves, and absences to be directly included in reports.

Koho has accelerated invoicing and workflow
Miki and Pia feel that implementing Koho has significantly sped up their invoicing and workflow processes. They no longer need to scramble to retrieve billable work from their personal calendars at the last minute. With Koho, they can also track the performance of each property manager and see how much revenue each task has generated.
