Above IT Oy, founded in 2024, is an IT company offering IT management “consigliere” services. Their expertise lies in Microsoft technologies, with a mission to help businesses maximize the efficiency of their IT management. As an additional service, Above IT provides managed cloud solutions, including Microsoft public cloud services. The company currently employs three entrepreneurs.

Above IT began using Koho’s features early in its journey in February 2024. From the start, it was clear that smart PSA software was essential. The company wanted a solution to streamline monthly license billing from their distributor, minimizing time spent on invoicing.

“Things started to fall into place, and after considering several options, we decided to continue with Koho. The main reason was that Koho includes a CRM system and all the necessary tools to manage the entire sales pipeline, from creating quotes to invoicing. Additionally, the required distributor integration (ArrowSphere) was implemented for us during the same spring,” says Juha Kari, CEO of Above IT.

“The implementation process was agile and smooth for a new company. Over the spring, we’ve gradually expanded our use of Koho. We’re now up to speed, and Koho has already been a tremendous help in our daily operations,” Juha adds.

Streamlined sales process and smarter invoicing

Above IT places a strong emphasis on sales, making centralized customer data and unified access to activities crucial. Koho’s CRM and other sales tools have met this need effectively. Managing the entire sales process efficiently – from tracking offers to handling contracts – is made easy by having everything in one system.

However, Juha highlights that the most valuable feature of Koho is its ability to efficiently manage invoicing. This will become increasingly important as their customer base and recurring monthly invoicing grow.

Invoicing with Koho is incredibly easy and fast. Recently, it took me about five minutes to invoice all our work and licenses. I value my time, and the time saved can now be spent on billable work.

Juha has occasionally reached out to Koho’s customer support and praises their responsiveness and customer-driven development:
