The deployment of Koho is made easy for the customer

It doesn’t matter where in the world you are: all of our deployment trainings and meetings are held remotely. We ensure, that you are able to start using Koho in the best possible way.

The deployment process

We adjust the deployment process according to how widely Koho will be used, how large the organisation in question is, and which components are most important. We make sure that the software is utilised correctly. You need to provide us with specific materials required for the set-up, and we will set up your Koho profile ready for training.

Koho ERP deployment process

1. Kick-off meeting

  • Koho’s project manager arranges a remote meeting, where you can together agree on how the implementation of the software is carried out. The specific factors affecting your company’s operations will be taken into account.
  • During the meeting your project manager will advice you which documents, materials and information is needed for the deployment.
  • During the call you are able set the training dates of the deployment process.
  • The project manager will compile a summary of the meeting and also sample files to help you deliver the necessary materials.
  • You do not need to make any special preparations for the meeting.

2. A basic model is created

  • We will create a functional account based on the submitted materials. The final configuration is done together with you during the administrator training.
  • Koho’s project manager will provide a participation link beforehand for each meeting or training. The project manager ensures, that the essential participants can join each training session.

→ Koho’s expert builds an account for your company equipped with basic operating capabilities.

3. Main user / administrator training

  • Koho’s functions, settings, and all the tasks that the selected main users are responsible for are thoroughly reviewed during the administrator training.
  • The training is structured according your company’s needs, and they are held in a discussion-based manner. This ensures, that your wishes concerning the system’s operations can be fulfilled.

4. Creating functions

After the administrator training, a few days are often set aside, during which the administrator, in collaboration with Koho’s project manager, can create functions for supervision of work in the system.

5. Training of other users

  • Once your company’s account is up and running, Koho’s project manager trains your staff according to the agreement.

→ After this training, Koho is ready to be put into full use.

6. Training of invoicers and testing

  • After the commissioning date, Koho’s project manager will test the integrations of sales invoicing and other agreed systems with you.
